Oded Ben-Ami was born in Israel. He has been playing since age 5 and has a Bachelors degree in Music Theory and Composition from Rubin's Academy in Jerusalem. He composed music for choreography, theater and television as well as composing songs and writing instrumental music.
In 1999 he moved to New York and in 2009 he released his debut solo album "Beyond", an intimate album with a theatrical perspective for voice and piano.
